Health Education Services would like to express our congratulations to the three co-creators of the Pandemic Compliance Advisor (PCA) course for meeting industry professionals. Mary-Ann Urbanovich, MS, CMP-HC, Heather Seasholtz, CMP, DES, and Shannon Majewski, CMP, CMM, HMCC, VEMM, have won the prestigious Events Industry Council (EIC) 2021 Global Award for Adaptation and Innovation for the PCA course that is presented as a 3-hour webinar to prepare meeting industry personnel to function under pandemic protocols and restrictions.

In its announcement, EIC stated, “We are excited to reveal the winners of the EIC Global Awards. The judging panel was extremely impressed with the compelling entries and the impressive achievements of the event professionals who were nominated”. The three women will be honored in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Hotel on November 7, 2021, at the annual EIC award banquet.

Mary-Ann is a Meeting Planner in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector; Heather is the Director, Americas Operations, Drug Information Association (DIA); and Shannon is the Education Program Coordinator, Level ll, Department of Pathology, Medical College of Wisconsin.
